The Imaging & Optics Facility is hosting a workshop displaying Nikon Roadshow workshop including the Crest Optics V3 Spinning Disk.

Feel free to tune in in the seminar about the Nikon / Crest Optics V3 spinning disk (with option for DeepSIM) on June, 21 Tuesday 10:00-11:30h, Mondi 3 / ZOOM.

DeepSIM uses a multi-spot structured illumination system that is designed to also work with samples of thicknesses comparable to those used in confocal microscopy, giving super-resolved data over 50µm Z in depth in non-clarified samples, and can be used with low and high magnification objectives (20x-60x)
