The Imaging and Optics facility (IOF) at ISTA will be hosting a 2 day Imaris workshop with support from Bitplane on March 30-31, 2022 –  for ISTA researchers mainly. The workshop program includes i) a general overview for new Imaris users, and ii) introduction to new features of the latest release of Imaris v9.9.

The update from our currently used version 9.3 brings new features, such as:

  • Selection-based Classification of Spots and surfaces
  • Bridge to Labkit and Ilastik, allowing direct import of (machine learning-based) external classifications.
