we now found a solution to indicate the ‘importance’ of your slot and to promote communication about experimental details. However: you need to select ‘special environment 2’ before you can leave an comment. Please use comment field to indicate:
- your planned duration of your booking (useful when you want to make a prolonged booking but the time did not free up)
- whether you are life imaging, or rather flexible due to fixed sample
- in case you booked since system was free anyways,
- next user can remove sample,
- etc,…
Furthermore, the common agreement for bookings of confocal systems are as follows:
- Prolonged fixed sample imaging overnight. However, there are also users that want to do overnight life imaging: please try to plan these as overnight experiments!
- Prime-time (09:00-17;00h) is to be used for shorter imaging slots (up to 4 hours).
Please try to be flexible and try to share resources to come to efficient solutions!
