Dear all, Welcome to ISTA and thank you for your interest to start using laser equipment. This general laser safety training is meant for NEW scientists and staff that are planning to use laser based equipment and/or need access to a laser lab. New users of microscopes of the IOF machine park have to sign up for the IOF Newcomer training, where the laser safety to use microscopes is already included. pre-announcement: Demonstration of the Nikon AX-R confocal microscope with N-SPARC detector Location: ISTA Klosterneuburg, Austria Target Group: Researchers who are interested in high efficiency advanced confocal microscope,  with elaborate automation options to improve reproducibility, throughput and implement 3rd party hardware (micro-fluidics / -manipulators, etc,…) – as well as researchers who have an interest to transfer  experiments from the ISTA/IOF Nikon machine park to confocal platform.
