 Abberior Stedycon: We have a Stedycon STED microscope temporarily available in room I06.U1.406 (LBE). This setup is meant for checking / testing your STED samples prior to the ISTA/IOF Mirava workshop (running from 15th -19th of September) > participants will be able to book Stedycon in PPMS – please join at 9:30h in room i06.U1.406 Abberior Mirava Polyscope workshop from 15. -19. of September This system unites confocal, STED and Single Molecule imaging techniques to cover a wide range of resolution, extending over several orders of magnitude from diffraction-limited imaging all the way down to true molecular resolution. Dear all, Welcome to ISTA and/or thank you for your interest to start using the Imaging & Optics Facility. To streamline the equipment trainings better, we provide an “New user introduction to Imaging & Optics Facility” to make you aware of our infrastructure, safety guidelines and overall house-rules. This EXTRA introduction is planned for every 2nd Monday of the month, at 14:00 and normally takes less than 1 hour.
