Demonstration of the Nikon AX-R confocal microscope with N-SPARC detector Location: ISTA Klosterneuburg, Austria Target Group: Researchers who are interested in high efficiency advanced confocal microscope,  with elaborate automation options to improve reproducibility, throughput and implement 3rd party hardware (micro-fluidics / -manipulators, etc,…) – as well as researchers who have an interest to transfer  experiments from the ISTA/IOF Nikon machine park to confocal platform. Demonstration of the CSR-Biotech Mu-SIM & MicroscopyX Finer (3 weeks) Location: ISTA Klosterneuburg, Austria Target Group: Researchers who are interested in high resolution imaging for prolonged times Mu-SIM MicroscopyX Finer The demo-system MI-SIM has 4 laser lines at 405, 488, 561, and 638 nm , and an on-stage incubation chamber to image live samples.
