Abberior Mirava polyscope (STED / Minflux)

The Abberior Miriava Polyscope comes with a multitude of imaging modalities that allow imaging beyond the diffraction limit of light and approach molecular resolution: Confocal (200 nm) > Matrix detector (70 nm) > 2D / 3D STED (20 nm) > Minflux (3.2 nm). Additional advanced technologies to correct for aberrations. The system is equipped with a incubation chamber, stage-heater an options for humidity – CO2 and O2 control.

Imaging Modes:

  • Confocal: up to 200nm resolution
  • Matrix: Array detector that allows up to 70nm resolution
  • STED : 2 color STED in 2D (20nm) or 3D (< 100nm), with
  • Minflux: nanometer-scale resolution (3.2 nm)

Imaging Applications:

  • Adaptive Optics (Rayshape): Deformable mirror-based correction of spherical aberrations for all beams
  • Adaptive illumination for STED (Flexposure): Light dose minimization to leverage live cell imaging and minimize photo-bleaching
  • Life Time Imaging (Timebow): Life time measurement and Life Time filtered STED
  • Spectral detection (400-800nm; Matrix)
  • Deconvolution using the Truesharp module
