• Filter: 525/50 BP filter for GFP imaging, double bandpass for green/red imaging
• Camera: 1200×1000 pixel CCD (Hamamatsu OrcaR2)
• Objectives:
  1. 10x NA 0.3 W,
  2. 20x NA 0.5 W,
  3. 40x 0.8 W

• Temperature controlled sample chamber:
  • CO₂ + O₂ mixer available (shared with LSM800inv: book separately in PPMS!)
