We have a couple of new things piled up in respect of our image analysis infrastructure and decided to combine all of them in one, image-analysis intense, afternoon. Please join us to stay up to date and also ask your questions!

- We are happy to announce that our new VDI infrastructure is ready to be launched. As there is quite a bit of changes in the access an some very crucial differences to PCs we decided to offer a launch day, where we would explain in detail how to connect and what is absolutely necessary to keep in mind while using this resource.
- We are currently testing a significant update to our Arivis software. Arivis4d is a highly capable software especially handy in interactive multi-angle light sheet data fusing as well as other big data handling and stitching. This software is also installed on our HCP and allows for saving image analysis pipelines and running them in batches. We will host a 1 hour demonstration from 15:00 lead by the company application specialist.
- We wanted to also raise awareness about what are the tile stitching possibilities at IOF. We recently faded-out ZEN-desktop software from out image analysis workstations. We will very briefly talk show what are the current options and how to approach them.
In the buffer-time that is reserved, you are more then welcome to ask any of your other, image analysis (or image acquisition) related, questions. We will be available on site for your questions.
